1. Acceptance
By accessing or using A Network ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description
A Network provides a decentralized domain name registry on the Solana blockchain. Users can register .a domain names as NFTs, which serve as Web3 identities.
3. Domain Registration
3.1 Eligibility: Domain names must be 3+ characters, using only a-z, 0-9, and hyphens. Cannot start or end with a hyphen.
3.2 Pricing: Standard names: 1 USDC/year. Short names (3-4 chars) subject to premium pricing. Multi-year discounts available.
3.3 Expiration: Domains expire at end of registration period. A 30-day grace period follows for renewal. After 30 days, the domain is released.
3.4 Renewal: Renewal must be initiated before expiration. The Service may send reminders but is not responsible for domains lost due to non-renewal.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not register domains that:
- Infringe on trademarks or intellectual property
- Impersonate individuals, organizations, or projects
- Contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
- Are used for phishing, fraud, or malicious activity
A Network reserves the right to blacklist domains that violate these terms.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Domain registration occurs on the Solana blockchain and is subject to blockchain risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and forks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Network and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
